Error BE0014: Unable to load source file '[file]'

Cause

This error occurs if the source code file referenced in a source attribute on a code element in an HTML additional content file cannot be loaded.

Solution

Refer to the additional error information following this error message in the log file for information about the possible cause of the problem (i.e. file not found, permission issues, etc.).
